How to create a task
Tap +, type a name, and the system handles the rest — room, rhythm, earnings, and more.
- Tap the + icon in the top right of your screen
- Type a task name. For example, “Wipe counters”
- Tap Create. The system sets the room, rhythm, earnings, and other attributes based on the task name
After creation, the task opens in the edit screen so you can adjust anything the system might have gotten wrong. Changes save automatically.
Tip
If you include a room name in the title — like “wash drapes in living room” — the system removes it from the title and assigns that room automatically. The room needs to already exist in your household.
