Managing notification settings
Each notification type has its own toggle. Some types also have a scope option to filter what's relevant.
Notification settings are accessible from Settings. Each notification type has its own toggle.
Available toggles:
- Household updates — notifications when a household member completes a task. Scope options: all tasks, or only tasks applicable to you.
- Daily nudge — a once-a-day reminder when tasks are available. Includes a time window setting.
- Added tasks — notifications when new tasks are created. Scope options: all tasks, or only tasks applicable to you. These notifications are batched over a short window to avoid repeated alerts.
- Member joined — notifications when a new member joins the household.
To pause all notifications temporarily, use Quiet Mode.
Note
Push notification permission is also controlled at the system level. If notifications aren't arriving, check your device's notification settings for FreshChores.
