- Anyone can start and complete tasks
- Anyone can create tasks
- Each person has a role — Owner, Manager, or Member
- Owners and managers can delete any task. Members can only delete tasks they created
- Owners and managers can manage membership and earnings
- Owners are responsible for the subscription
