Task applicability (who a task applies to)
Control which household members see a task — without assigning it to anyone.
FreshChores doesn’t assign tasks to individuals. Instead, you can choose which household members a task applies to, so it only shows up for the right people.
- Anyone — the task applies to all household members (this is the default)
- Selected members — choose specific people from your household
Note
Applicability keeps tasks shared, while preventing irrelevant tasks from showing up for the wrong people.
If a task applies to only certain members, only those members will see it in the Focus and Tasks tabs.
Tip
To see or edit tasks that don’t apply to you, go to Settings and tap All tasks. This shows every task in the household, regardless of applicability.
